Flying Banana
Photography

Quiet observation shaped by light and shadow.

Here is a quieter way of seeing.

Take your time as the images are meant to be noticed slowly

Why flying banana?

A favorite bird- the southern yellow-billed hornbill- once nicknamed
"the flying banana" by a dear friend and brilliant birder.

The phrase stayed with me.
Light, unexpected and quietly joyful- much like the moments I'm drawn to photograph.
